We are a distributor of physical security products operating in the Philippines, with our principal office at Steelworld Center, 8th Floor, Quezon City, Philippines.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Inquiry and lead data submitted through our website is retained for up to three (3) years from the date of last interaction. Data processed for marketing purposes, including email marketing lists, is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion. CRM records for active and prior customers are retained for up to seven (7) years in compliance with Philippine tax and commercial recordkeeping requirements.
When your data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.

International Data Transfers
As we use third-party platforms including Google and Meta (headquartered in the United States) and other cloud-based service providers, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside the Philippines, including the United States and member states of the European Union.
Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. For transfers from the Philippines, we comply with the cross-border data flow requirements of the National Privacy Commission.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include access controls, encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), and regular security reviews.
